Based on 4 reviewsverified A very sunny stay allowed us to take some very nice walks in the Queyras. Very comfortable accommodation although quite noisy with the windows open. Perhaps reconsider the departure procedure to align with what is announced on Airbnb and not to ask in the instructions for tenants to leave the apartment as clean as they found it. It is confusing in the sense that I have never left a rental dirty, and the little cleaning we did does not replace a thorough cleaning by a cleaner included in the price, to prepare the accommodation for the next guests... Furthermore, the threat regarding the responsibility of tenants not sending back the printed document via SMS to the company managing the accommodation is quite awkward. Too much automation, legal jargon, and suspicion in the communication.verified The accommodation is well located. It is well furnished with quality furniture, but it lacks many essential accessories such as paper towels, trash bags, soap, and cooking condiments. The accommodations seem to be newly on the market, so this point may improve over time. The departure instructions are excessive in my opinion (request for check out at 9am while the listing specifies 11am), and the parking at the bottom of the villa is paid, which is excessive considering the rental price. Fort Queyras is a beautiful village with assets for sports enthusiasts (via ferrata, rafting, hiking, cycling). The apartment is comfortable and well insulated from the outside. The view of the castle from the balcony. 😟 A downside: the point of contention for traffic at the edge of the pavilion as well as pedestrian accessibility on the very busy road.verified Beautiful landscapes ☺The view of the mountain. The lack of hygiene products: a small sachet of shower gel, shampoo for 3 for a week.verified Pleasant stay in a very well renovated house 😊The quality of the accommodation. Everything has been recently renovated and with quality materials. The apartment is very well equipped and it was very clean. The sound insulation of the building is excellent. 🙁The location. The villa is located in front of the traffic light that regulates traffic in the village. As a result, from 8:30 am to 7 pm, there is quite a bit of noise (cars, trucks, motorcycles... that are stuck at the light, just under our windows) so it is difficult to open the windows. But from 7 pm, traffic calms down and it becomes much more pleasant. This is not a problem in winter but a bit of a shame in summer. Luckily we were hiking most of the time so it didn't bother us too much.verified ☺ Apartment in perfect condition and very well equipped.verified verified ☺Accommodation is in a nice location, in a small and quiet village near the river Le Guil and under the fortress Fort de Chateau Queyras. Hiking trails go directly from the village, and it is possible to drive to the starting points of other hiking trails. The house looks worn from the outside, but the apartments are new and nicely decorated. ☹The problem is the limited number of parking spots directly by the house and the necessity of prior reservation and additional payments. Communication from the host was not friendly, we even perceived it as threatening (tow truck, financial penalties).
