Based on 4 reviewsverified A very sunny stay allowed us to take some very nice walks in the Queyras. Very comfortable accommodation although quite noisy with the windows open. Perhaps reconsider the departure procedure to align with what is announced on Airbnb and not to ask in the instructions for tenants to leave the apartment as clean as they found it. It is confusing in the sense that I have never left a rental dirty, and the little cleaning we did does not replace a thorough cleaning by a cleaner included in the price, to prepare the accommodation for the next guests... Furthermore, the threat regarding the responsibility of tenants not sending back the printed document via SMS to the company managing the accommodation is quite awkward. Too much automation, legal jargon, and suspicion in the communication.verified The accommodation is well located. It is well furnished with quality furniture, but it lacks many essential accessories such as paper towels, trash bags, soap, and cooking condiments. The accommodations seem to be newly on the market, so this point may improve over time. The departure instructions are excessive in my opinion (request for check out at 9am while the listing specifies 11am), and the parking at the bottom of the villa is paid, which is excessive considering the rental price.
