In case of non-compliance with certain instructions, of compensation fees may be charged if necessary (damages, keys not returned, unsanitary apartment, trash not disposed of, etc.).

- Heated ski lockers : To dry and secure your equipment after a day on the slopes.

- Enhanced security : Surveillance cameras in common areas; access to apartments and ski lockers via a connected key, itself activated by a unique code per owner.
- Baby beds : Baby beds are subject to demand and will be subject to a supplement.
Prepare your stay with peace of mind
- Presence of pets : Pets are only allowed in certain accommodations, upon prior request with a supplement.
- Supplement for accepted petIn case of agreement, an additional fee will be requested.Any unregistered animal will result in the absence or deactivation of the access codes and connected keys of the apartments.
- Modification of arrival and departure times during high season : No schedule changes are possible during school holidays and the months of July and August.
- Modification of arrival and departure times off-season : Outside the high season, adjustments may be granted upon special request, if logistics permit.
- Temporary parking in front of the Villa : You can park in front of the Villa for a maximum of 30 minutes, the time to drop off your luggage.
- Reception of access codes : The codes will be sent to you by email via your booking platform on the same day, a few hours before your arrival at the Villa Belle Fleur.
- Municipal parking nearby : Two free parking spaces are available about 200 meters from Villa Belle Fleur, at the entrance or at the bottom of the village.
- Council for car access : To arrive more easily at the Villa, go down to the bottom of the village, turn around, then go back up to the Villa.
Your stay begins here
- Use of the key box : Upon your arrival, use the personal code received to open the key box, located to the left of the entrance door of the Villa. Ensure to properly close the key box after use to ensure the security of access.
- Use of the key : The recovered key opens the door of your apartment, the entrance door of the commons as well as your personal ski locker, located in the entrance hall.
- Reading the welcome documents : Please read carefully the welcome letters available in the entrance hall (to the left of the door) and in your accommodation (behind the main door and on the easel). These documents contain practical instructions and of essential reminders for a hassle-free stay.
- Location of the key box : It is located just to the left of the main door of the Villa Belle Fleur.
- Double function of the key : A single key gives access to your apartment, in the commons and to your heated ski locker.
- Content of welcome letters : They bring together useful information, of contact numbers, and the rules of proper usage of the equipment.
Enjoy to the fullest, we'll take care of the rest
- Respect for accommodation capacity : When the maximum capacity of the apartment is reached (for example 4 people for La Centaurée or 8 for L’Edelweiss), this includes two people sleeping on the convertible sofa Thank you for taking this into account when allocating the beds.
- Use of the convertible sofa : The necessary sheets (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and blanket) are at your disposal in the dressing room. The protective cover is already in place on the mattress.
- References for devices : To properly use the appliances in your apartment (coffee maker, household appliances, etc.), scan the QR Codes present in the welcome letters, on the back of your accommodation door.
- Skis in lockers only : The skis must must be stored in the ski lockers located at the entrance of the Villa. They must not be stored in the apartments or in the common areas under any circumstances..
- Respect of common areas : Thank you for do not store anything in the common areas, to guarantee the safety and comfort of everyone.
- Quality convertible sofa : All our apartments are equipped with a high-end convertible sofa, designed to offer an optimal comfort for two adults, even for extended stays.
- Coffee machine with beans : You have a shredder Delonghi in the kitchen. It works exclusively with coffee beans.
- Services for a comfortable stay : You can enjoy additional services on demand such as cleaning, bed linen and towels …
End your stay smoothly
- Validation of the check-out : A a date and a departure time will be offered to you in advance. In the absence of a response from you, this time slot will be automatically considered as validated.
- Tidiness and cleanliness of the premises : Thank you for empty the dishwasher and the refrigerator before your departure.
- Waste management : The bins are to be deposited at the entrance of the village, in the containers provided for this purpose.
- Preparing the convertible sofa : Please remove the sheets and the blanket, leave the protective mattress cover in place, then close the sofa.
- Handover of the keys : The key to your apartment must be return to the key box located at the entrance of the Villa. Thank you for make sure to close the box after having deposited the key there.
- State of play and reporting : Thank you for leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived. In case of degradation or malfunction, report it by email to villa.bellefleur05@gmail.com, in attaching photos if possible.
- Baby beds : If using the baby bed, fold it back and put it in the cover.
- Handover of the keys : As a reminder, a letter with a QR code is available at the entrance of Villa Belle Fleur. It contains a tutorial intended for simplify the handing over of keys.
- Temporary parking in front of the Villa : It is possible to park in the parking lot of the Villa for a maximum of 30 minutes, the time to load your luggage.
