Your first name and last name, email address, phone number, the dates and the apartment of your stay, the state of the checklist, your observations, as well as the date and the IP address of the submission.
Why we use them
To process your check-out, establish the condition of the apartment upon your departure, and manage your rental: this processing is necessary for the execution of your rental contract. Your contact details also allow us to send you our offers and updates regarding our own rentals, as part of our legitimate interest in staying in touch with our customers: article L34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code authorizes this prospecting with our clients for similar services. You can object to this at any time.
Who has access
The only authorized persons of Villa Belle Fleur. Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor communicated to business partners or third parties. It is hosted in France by OVH, which acts as a technical subcontractor, and does not leave the European Union.
How long
The check-out document is kept for 5 years, during which time a rental dispute can be brought. Your contact details used for commercial purposes are kept for 3 years from our last contact, and then deleted.
